Satisfaction Guarantee

Our goal is to ensure every client has a great customer experience. If for any reason you are not completely happy with our services, you can cancel your management agreement at any time without penalty.

Simply provide a 30 day written notice and ensure all outstanding invoice have been paid.

Results Guarantee

We market, advertise, screen tenants, prepare lease agreements and perform a move in inspection all before you pay anything. Our result guarantee provides peace of mind knowing we do not get paid until a qualified tenant is secured and moves into the property. Furthermore, if a tenant fails to pay rent as agreed, we will not collect a management fee until the rent is collected.

30 Day Rental Guarantee

If we are unable to lease your home in 30 days or less we will give you ONE month management free!

• Owner must agree to Managers Fair Market Value rent price recommendation.
• The home must be vacant.
• The home must be ready for tenants, the 30 days begin from the day the home is move-in ready and/or when we have city compliance.
• Must allow approved pets (Maximum of 2)
• Carpets and the house must be professionally cleaned.
• Residents have up to 30 days from date of deposit to move in.

Pet Guarantee

If an animal that we screened and placed does damage above the security deposit, we guarantee that we will pay an additional $750 to one of our vendors towards the cost to remediate the pet damages.

• We must have approved the pet. This guarantee is not available if we inherited the tenant or the pet. We must have approved the pet through our process, and signed the lease with the tenant.
• The Pet Guarantee does not cover Emotional Support Animals or Therapy Pets.
